Initial Consultation (90 minutes): $250Follow-Up Session (45 minutes): $150
Couples / Family sessions as well as home visits are available upon request. Contact us for more details and pricing.
Payment is accepted by credit card or HSA/FSA card.

Do you accept insurance?

Accepted Answer

We operate as a private pay, out-of-network provider. This means we are not contracted with commercial insurance plans and payment is due at the date of service. For clients who have out-of-network benefits, we can provide a detailed statement (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement amounts vary depending on your plan and deductible, so it’s a good idea to contact your insurance provider directly to confirm your nutrition benefits before starting services. We cannot guarantee insurance reimbursement.

What should you bring to your first visit?

Accepted Answer

Bring anything that helps us understand your health and nutrition history, like recent lab work, a list of medications or supplements, past nutrition recommendations, or a food journal if you keep one. If you're meeting by telehealth, you can upload relevant documents in Practice Better before your appointment. A notebook can be helpful too, but it’s completely optional.

How can you change or cancel an appointment?

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment in Practice Better, or email Lauren directly at lauren@lpmnutritionandwellness.com. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice when possible. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $75 fee.

You can email Lauren at lauren@lpmnutritionandwellness.com or send a secure message in Practice Better. Brief updates and simple questions are welcome between sessions. If your concern needs a deeper discussion, assessment, or new recommendations, we may recommend booking a follow-up so you get the time and support you need.
