Lauren Miller,
MS, RD, CDN
Certified Dietitian & Nutritionist
I'm a Registered Dietitian who helps teens and young adults navigate challenges with food and develop the skills to nourish themselves confidently for years to come.
About Lauren:
Lauren is a Registered Dietitian committed to providing teens, young adults, and their families with informed, tailored, and practical nutrition support. She brings experience across inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, private practices, and community-nutrition settings, giving her a strong clinical foundation and a well-rounded perspective on nutrition care.
Lauren's approach combines evidenced-based nutrition with compassionate, individualized care. She takes the time to understand each client as a whole person and creates a supportive, judgement-free environment where clients feel comfortable asking questions, working through challenges, and developing a healthier, more flexible relationship with food.
Known for her warm and approachable nature, Lauren believes nutrition care should feel practical, collaborative, and realistic. Whether a client is working toward recovery from an eating disorder, learning to fuel for sports, navigating nutrition independently, or simply looking to feel their best, Lauren helps create a realistic path to get there. Her goal is not only to provide nutrition guidance, but to help clients feel more confident navigating food and nutrition in everyday life.
